      Pros

      Good pay and flexibility. Not too hard of a job and you get bonuses every quarter

      Cons

      Group is mixed with different ages and backgrounds. Very "clique like" a lot like high school. Sending each other picture and videos while working and then you have some that take 2 hour lunches and some that come in late. Too much favoritism and very high school like staff. "Inside jokes" very immature

      The company has great security solutions for financial institutions as well as strong two factor authentication secure tokens which makes it leading security company of the world. Being EMC subsidiary, you get opportunity to work on best storage infrastructure.

      Cons

      Management do not enforce implementing good documentation and standardized procedures. Each consultant is trying to resolve issues here in his own way.
