      Can make good money, certain leaders are very good, product is a need not a nice to have

      Being PE owned you have limitations in product improvements & the high debt on the books creates a cut throat environment. Certain leaders are terrible..

      Lots of micro managing. Managers care more about protecting themselves instead of their team. Compensation is not good. Slow on product development/ behind on trends
