If you approach management with genuine advice for improvement, it's immediately shut down. Raytheon prides themselves on underpaying and overworking their employees. Thousands have left this company because of their vaccine mandate and their competitors offering them better pay and benefits, and more continue to leave.

It is hard to instill change since the company is so large, you may feel like a cog in the wheel. The company seems to weigh years worked over performance when it comes to salary increases.
