Pros
Great international company with a big diversified portfolio of clients and industries Diversity in team and friendly atmosphere among colleagues Open-minded global community Strong innovation drive Nice atmosphere and very nice offices Plenty of feel-good add-ons: unlimited Nespresso coffee, fruits, drinks, sweets, parties, afterworks, hackathons Good internal Academy with Soft Skills and PM courses in different locations (always of high quality) Yearly national event Xchange in BMW Welt - where experience is shared in 50+ presentations, demos, inspirational speeches across over 1,000 colleagues
Cons
Poor management in some companies of the group (e.g. Riverland, Like): unqualified, arrogant, sexist, expressing no interest in team, acting as a watchdog High rate of employee churn - too many leave in 1-2 years and no intention from the management side to keep people longer High pressure on delivery of profit across the group High pressure on billable hours for the whole team even if the role is not including work on the clients budgets -> this denominates honesty and makes staff act unprofessionally Too many decisions made based on the feelings and not reason - often unprofessional environment Staff hired is often not qualified for the job that leads later to a poor quality of work delivered and conflicts with the clients No understanding of how to grow a team from the side of management, constant experiments on restructuring Not kept promises on salary increase/ promotions, slow raise
