      More than worth it

      Pros

      Interesting challenges for employees to work on. Company actively invests in and strategizes around employee mental health and well-. Leadership is a mixture of new and established with great vision for the future that emphasizes quality.

      Cons

      If you just want the highest salary, then other big name employers with deeper pockets may pay you more. But the culture here can’t be beat IMO and is worth slightly less pay.

      Everyone was super friendly and the whole company is just fantastic. I started here just a few years out of college and learned a ton throughout my time with the company.

      Cons

      Nothing during my time with company, I was just ready to move on.
