      you can learn a lot and grow within the company - however, there are also some companies within the group that lag behind in terms of growth, salaries, employee focus (especially Marketing-related)

      Cons

      there are a lot of tech trainings and feel-good events but few benefits such as company shares, cars (depending on which company you work for)
