      If you work hard and you are smart you get promoted, colleagues are generally skilled and well trained

      very demanding place, not super-easy to be noticed, for someone consultancy means body-rental

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on different projects, technologies and framework. Probably the best reality for the consulting area. Good company culture.

      Cons

      Quality and innovation are not a must. A lot of Managers and Seniors have neither a Bachelor's nor a Master's degree. Technical Career are less paid than business ones. Career opportunity depends on company size, management, luck.
