Pros

A great place to start off if you're entering into the workforce. Very friendly people and teams. The fields that Reply covers are vast and teams are kept relatively small, so you get immediate hands on work and in a lot of different industries depending on which company within Reply you're working for.

Cons

Having worked in the UK offices in London, Reply being an Italian company is very insistent on doing things the Italian way. The turnover is very high and there are periods where you'll have no work and nothing to do and periods where you'll have too much. Pay is also relatively low.

Pros

Some great people with a lot of talent

Cons

- Body rental projects, juniors and seniors are considered slaves - Low quality of projects (management and C-levels prefer quantity over quality) - Training is only internal, meaning that people are invited to study during night or weekend in order to hold a 2 hours speech on particular topics. If someone learns something wrong, the entire company knows the subject in a wrong way. - Bad salaries
