1. Good work environment. 2. Less work pressure 3. Free Certifications 4. Can learn languages- German, French and Japanese

Cons

Not allotted the department, I was interviewed for. 1.Very lazy work culture, like an Indian government office. Not recommended for enthusiastic freshers. 2. Almost all projects are stable. Very less space for innovation. The work gets repetitive. 3. Very old and slow laptops/PC

Amazing place to learn a lot. Lots of on site opportunities. Enthusiastic devs and testers.

Cons

Lot of internal politics for On Site Terrible management. No good planning from managers. Terrible growth for freshers. There are Experienced professionals who literally do no work. Terrible HR policies on such cases. Process varies across different departments. It's good in some but bad in some.
