      Pros

      I really enjoy working at this company. The colleagues are friendly and supportive, and the management is approachable and open. The tasks are interesting and varied, providing plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, especially for beginners. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to work!

      After reaching a certain level, it becomes quite difficult to advance further, but this is something that happens in every multinational company.
