      Pros

      Job security is really good. Friendly colleagues and work culture makes it a stress free environment to work at. The location of the office is quite good as it is at the center of the city.

      Cons

      Salary is not that great. Some of the work roles get monotonous over a period of time and thus the technical growth of an associate could get stagnated if the individual is not motivated to learn things independently.
