      Conservative management is very risk averse. Extended work bench mentality seeps into product development management. Many senior management out of sync with market realities.

      Robert Bosch Serbia is giving the good working conditions (life-work balance, day off if you need it). Working atmosphere is really great. People are also great. Company is trying to reduce overtime. Inernational company with good organisation (you know what is your job).

      Cons

      Robert Bosch Serbia is giving very low salaries which is from their point of view OK because it is Serbia (low cost country). There is no canteen and wokers have to order the food from the outside. There is no so much chances for career advancement.
