      Bosch - trade off at your needs

      Pros

      - The so called work - life balance depends on the team you join. - They hire 3 people for 2 persons job & hence the work gets divided(if you see it as a pro) but the salary also gets divided. - Onsite if one is lucky enough. - Stability(one gets warnings for 2 years in terms of bad rating before being asked to leave)

      Cons

      - Now it is a full fledged service company(just like Infy, TCS or Wipro) - Extended work bench of Bosch, Germany - Low salary - Work isn't great in most of the teams - Manager is god! - Management is becoming stricter day by day towards efficiency, productivity & quality

      Pros

      Good food, nice people to work around with, never sat idle, always engaged in project, nice learning experience

      Cons

      Felt sometimes management being partial in rewarding, not so much fun at work, not much young population found, annoyingly complaining co-workers
