      Scope to learn many technical things in the area you are interested, but you need to strong and confident to get to the department while conveying to Manager.

      Cons

      Disparity between men and women is more. Though not said officially it is the fact happening.

      Getting to know about international standars in production system.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment, unrealistic targets, Lack of training to freshers is a major drawback. Managers try to dominate AND NO PROPER REMUNERATION. Never think of this BOSCH entity
