      One of the best organized companies considering the size.

      Pros

      Very stable and long term thinking company. Focus on products needed by humans and long term proftability. No short term profit thinking and shareholder value. Emphasis on experts and content.

      Cons

      Roum for improvement regarding agility and innovation. Employees on management level have not enough time for content because of high overhead of administrational work.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, stability, decent benefits (for now).

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be in a panic over cash flow and squeezing every penny where possible to the point of being counterproductive. Very aggressive management style towards driving improvements through the organization to the point of long lasting destruction within local product groups.

      work is good but learning scope is very less

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work they handle. I was working for airbags. It was fun for me playing with C.

      Cons

      Focus was more on delivery of projects but not on the learning scope for freshers. Without prior training freshers were put into main projects. so people has to face lot of problems for some initial time. Training was completely irrelevant to that of work.
