      Pros

      really good people to interact. no formals.you can wear any casual dress just as if you are going to college. no bench concept. direct projects with 2 months training. good for electronics, automobile students. finally FREE food. very healthy and delicious food (breakfast+lunch+snacks)

      Shareholder value does not play the dominating role at Bosch. Most of the decisions made are based on a mid to longterm perspective.

      Cons

      Quite conservative company with clear distinction between management and staff. RB is Rätsels a first mover - at least, when talking about the thermotechnology business.
