RBEI car multimedia review: Service provider. Stable but no work life balance.
Pros
These points are only applicable for Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions India: 1) Recognition for the work is very good from German Bosch as you are exposed to customer most of the times. 2) Managers listen to you. But may not necessarily consider your point even though you are right. 3) Very good exposure as you travel to Germany in most of the cases.
Cons
1) Crappy management most of the times. Planning from immediate manager is very poor in most of the cases (especially in maintenance projects and projects involving some development). 2) Dependent on Bosch Germany for work. In most of the cases RBEI is a dumping ground for all the maintenance. 3) Lesser salary. 4) If you are really good technically then you"ll get good recognition but many times you'll not find in your team many equally capable people. 5) All the work is dumped to you if you are good. Particularly due to poor planning and not recruiting good resources in most of the cases.
