Pros
Onsite visits to Europe once in few years . This provides good international exposure Good work life balance in certain teams . Though the one i worked was no close to anything of that sort. Flexibility in terms of work hours and policies
Cons
Lesser growth and job satisfaction due to mundane nature of work. The management does not give much opportunities to explore new ideas and want you to stick around to traditional methods
