-Laid back -Cool Management -Great people -Remote opportunities -Mid-good benefits

Cons

-Horrible pay -About the same pay raise as others on the team that do half or 10% of the work -Add responsibilities to certain people who are motivated to learn but don't raise the pay accordingly -Only value a degree - I have 10 years of working experience (5 in Government work) and earned 4 Industry certs, WHILE being the highest performer on my team (by a margin of 200+ tickets to the closest team member)

Great work environment, flexible hours, PTO, Work is generally not grueling.

Cons

It's contract based so, whenever your contract ends you often lose your job unless you can find another contract to go to.
