Great work and good benefits. it is also very easy to move around within the company.

Cons

Positions are split up by project. should your project suddenly lose funding you will need to find a new one or be let go

Pros

If you plug into the ERGs, they are very helpful. People are willing to help and also answer questions. In my experience, I have had other members "lift me up" and have seen them lift others up as well. It has bene beneficial to my career growth.

Cons

Working at a customer site and not around a big hub can make you feel disconnected, but, the ERGs do help make it better,
