Held back by specific contract, salary was lacking. They wouldn't move me to a different contract even after years of service

- Professional and knowledgeable team and leadership - Great deal of autonomy to meet the customer’s needs - consistent recognition of top performers

Cons

- Not really a con, but have referred several highly qualified former shipmates that never got a job offer. I continue to recommend SAIC to family, shipmates, and friends.
