- Interesting projects - Excellent flexibility - Great learning opportunities - Lots of smart and dedicated people - Many offices around US - can be a job you can take with you when you move

Cons

- "Saturdays are included, chump" - like any consulting gig, you have to be available when the client needs you - Top management tends to be distant and out of touch - Company focus is on DOD and IT - everyone else is marginal - Very difficult to get funds for professional development

Overseas employees are not supported very well, lack Div manager support, lack of education and training not budgetted. Returning employees are left to fend forthemselves, not much job assistance mostly lip service oand very little follow through.
