      Great experience with SAIC Manager, poor experience with Government Client.

      Pros

      I worked for a great manager. The company also provides good benefits and the HR department is great to work with..

      Cons

      Despite having a great manager, the government client I supported was extremely difficult to work with. As with the contracting world, it is difficult to further your career unless you constantly switch contracts. It is also difficult to be recognized for your hard work.

      Pros

      Good leadership, decent work (not too hard and not too easy), ample office space and resources, easy going atmosphere, paid holidays

      Cons

      As a new employee I only recieved a small amount of vacation time that was also sick leave. 9 paid holidays was kind of a joke since you had to either work before and after the holiday or be in a paid leave status. Depending on the job there is not a lot of progression offered.

      Pros

      You will achieve a good amount of experience and skill sets due to their use of many industry standard enterprise software. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't so great. Management is very political. Great work ethics and meeting your goals is not good enough to move up. You really need a good relationship with the top.
