Pros

Competitive salary, large company, good benefits. Several groups and BUs mean you may have the opportunity to explore different opportunities in focused sectors (e.g., energy, cybersecurity, etc...)

Cons

Operations is reluctant to embrace anything new or which entails risk. Certain BUs are more entrepreneurial than others but the significant numbers of tenured employees (and managers) mean that most are comfortable in their ways and reluctant to go after anything that is slightly (much less radically) different from what they've historically done.

Pros

big company with good benefits.

Cons

Never got appreciation from the managers. The recruiters give verbal promises and later managers just decline it. They don't even try to keep their valuable employees. No care shown to the employees. They never get feedback from employees why they are leaving. Very bad company to work it.
