Pros

The company is a good company that pays well for your experience.

Cons

Long hours expected for salaried employees. Poor life/family balance. The Management sometimes continues processes that do not work, but will not listen to the employees who are familiar with the processes.

Pros

Ability to migrate between business units within the company quality workforce education reimbursement stable, fortune 200, recession proof

Cons

corp management in chainsaw mode, ensuring that their bonuses are large irregardless of consequences most talented employees (those with the most options) are leaving or have left the ship choked with middle managment good old boy's club keeps detrimental middle managers on board, despite obvious faults went from being one of the best IT companies to work for (many polls) to not on any positive polls The only way to get a decent pay increase is to leave (and maybe come back)
