Pros

Entrepreneurial culture, opportunities to grow personally and professionally, collaboration for those able to network, lots of talented people

Cons

Stuck between the old bottoms-up employee ownership model and the new top-down enterprise model.

Pros

Lots of talented folks, fair to strong compensation, opportunity to tackle large projects and expand professional experience and working knowledge

Cons

leadership and communications. Lots of changes over last several years and continuing rapidly changing culture. Long term promise as a company but tough on employees with constant leadership change, weak leadership in some areas and communication styles.

Pros

Good pay, good work environment, flexible hours if necessary, interesting work, ability to work on other projects if so desired.

Cons

Tons of ethics training but occassionally forced to do something like charge work to a different charge number; mainly due to slowness of management to get around to doing things. They say they always want you to be ethical but their real goal is to keep the customer happy even if the customer is shooting themselves in the foot.
