Pros

They have a great culture and group of people working there. It is a very loose environment on a daily basis.

Cons

Not very understanding when it came to work life balance. They had very little understanding for huge life situations and demanded that the comapny came first.

Cons

Military mindset throughout company - could stand to be more business oriented No clear career path. Promotions are there but you have to find your own way
