      Pros

      Corporate Culture is among the finest available. They stipulate the highest level of maturity and ethics, and they follow it.

      Cons

      Corporate structure of any company this large is very rigid. If you are not at the place you want to be in your career you should consider building it elsewhere first. Otherwise you will always be held back based on your original hire skills.

      Technical growth is not much Management is not good in renewing the existing projects/getting new projects HR team is not so good

      Pros

      Good Pay, Decent benefits. The HR rep was nice when I met her once. Other than that, just another place to work at.

      Cons

      Don't expect training. SAIC is the place to work at when you don't expect promotions or possibilities to advance your career. The budget for training employees is tiny and in most cases, won't even buy the books. When comparing salaries, keep in mind that this company will not be investing in you.
