Pros

Excellent environment, mid managers and co-workers. Hardworking, reasonable appraoches usually prevail. Very good communications from managment on changes and general information impacting employees. Sticks to great corporate ethics.

Cons

The transition from employees owned has been generally smooth, and Ken Dahlberg completed this task fairly smoothly and apprpopriately. However senior mangement did not continue the past respect for employees that Dr B did.

Pros

Great atmosphere, everyone is really nice and helps you out when learning new things. If you ever need help with something, just ask someone and they are usually willing to help you

Cons

As a new employee there were periods of high and low work loads. This is to be expected as a new employee.

Pros

Good salary and raises initially. Good access to some resources to complete work. Easy to take time off for personal matters.

Cons

Benefits were cut in areas such as ESPP and health insurance. Opportunities within corporate were limited. A lot of uncertainty led to no work being completed. Employee review process has a lot to be desired.
