      Pros

      The office I worked in was really fantastic in terms of the coworkers and the community surroundin work. I enjoyed the people I worked with much more than the work I was doing. Work/life balance at SAIC was fantastic. My direct supervisors were very understanding and willing to let me arrange my schedule however I wanted so long as I got my 40 hours in each week.

      Cons

      In my particular office, I felt a little isolated from the rest of the company. I often feared that in the long-term, our office was going to diminish in importance within the company.

      Pros

      It's a job. The company is growing.

      Cons

      No bonus's for jobs done well. The manager's take the employee's bonus's as their end of the year bonus. Only praise for the long-term people who work for them and these people are ususally friends or relatives. A lot of Nepotisim with in the company work place.

      Pros

      There are some VERY smart people who work with the company. Once you are will connected, it appears to be nearly impossible to lose your job.

      Cons

      Poor communication from senior management. Lack of leadership. The pioneer attitude that made the company great to work for at one time has been replaced with a "I'll do whatever you say if it'll save my job" mentality that is bringing progress to a grinding halt. Promotions are often based on who you know not your work performance.
