Pros

Benefits Package is suitable, might offer more in pay if lessening other benefits packages.

Cons

Since they split the company, the management has not paid attention to contracts or to employees. They spot retainment but they don't practice what they preach. Rather hire young college, unaware individuals.

No corporate identity

Pros

Exposed to lots of different technologies.

Cons

No corporate identity - most divisions operate as a labor pool for gov't projects with the company's primary focus on charging billable hours to the project. If/when your project ends, it's basically up to you to find another project within the company to jump on - finding a charge # tends to become your primary mission as an employee in order to avoid lay-off.
