Pros

SAIC is a government contractor. Therefore they have no other way to make any money other than by selling your time. Because of theis, you would expect them to try to keep their employees employed.

Cons

Unfortunately, as with most "Beltway Bandits" they are only worried that you are putting in the hours so they get paid. They did not give any training to any of their employees on the contract that I was workin. They always claimed there was no money in the budget for training.

Pros

The company adhered to contract incumbant capture regulations, providing a continuation of employment within the current position.

Cons

Company provides little to no information during onboarding, especially in regard to Service Contract Act employees. The informaiton provided, upon request, is abiguous at best. There is no transparancy of withholdings from fringe benefit payments, therefore placing SCA employees in a compromising position in regard to balancing their understanding of pay vs. benefits.
