Pros

work-life balance is okay you do not have to cater to everyone but just executives

Cons

its in fact NOT salaried but hourly. If you miss a day you have to use your leave, holiday if you do not have any hours, you do not get paid the transportation program is a hoax some of the federal workers are a pain and very entitled but we are just to suck it up.
