I had a great team and manager.

Cons

redeployment isn't guaranteed, was in talks with another sourcer at saic, interviewed with the team managers, and had a great convo, just to wait two weeks to hear I was missing a technical qualification. The day BEFORE my LWOP was due to end.

This is my second stint with SAIC. I began my career in 2007 with SAIC and moved to Leidos when the split occurred. My present manager is THE BEST I've ever had in my near 20 year career. She is very supportive and always ready to lend a hand if needed. Upper management is very approachable and also ready to lend a hand. I truly feel like this a great team to be a part of.
