Very positive, welcoming, and professional (but not uptight) environment Enthusiastic and supportive management Hands-on training and development of skills

Cons

Very bloated government contract, too many employees/managers (management is over 30% of the total employees on the contract), incredibly high redundancy when it comes to managers A few VERY Unprofessional and extremely ineffective managers (only a few, over all the majority are extremely professional, courteous, supportive, and helpful. Considering the taxpayer is paying for these employees though, it's very disappointing. Extremely low amount of transparency from corporate. Complete lack of vision and marketing efficiency. Nepotism is rampant.

Pros

Benefits are average like 401K and insurance. They pay real good.

Cons

HR department sucks. I contacted HR several times to get more information on the Health Insurance benefits and no one seems to reply. I also applied to another position through employee career portal and no HR responded. Management is also really bad.
