      Overall good but you can be typecast in a particular role which can make it hard to move up without moving out.

      Pros

      Amazing sales force with good products - especially HANA. Very customer focused. Managed very well with good senior management. Good work environment. Can also get a good work-life balance ... but you still have to contribute.

      Cons

      Can be almost impossible to get your ideas properly considered unless you know the right people, but then many large companies are like this. Although getting better, many people still seem to think that SAP is the center of the software universe which means opportunities are missed - see Advice to Management.

      - From the Active Global Support side, there are investments on technical development (training and workshops) - Good bonus policy

      Cons

      - There are best opportunities on the market if you seek salary - Expected pressure as you work on owner of solutions - Depending on the area, you should travel a lot, if not, you can always be assigned to a customer outside your city.
