Multicultural, nice people, probably a good place for youngsters as a first job where they can dip their feet in different departments.

Cons

Low salary, lack of opportunities and career progression, management shows little to no interest in people, a lot favouritism, politics and backstabbing, very inflexible and old fashioned work environment (no flexible or hybrid working available), outdated and incomplete software packages make everything a lot more difficult than it needs to be, not a great location, high workloads and unpaid overtime, a lot of talk about recognition but not much practice, diversity doesn't reach as far as management levels.

Tenure matters more than anything, culture did not feel inclusive, lack trust in remote work, high turnover, felt like a boys club, software and other tech incredibly outdated, work location dismal
