Senior Management are ill equipped to making decisions without hiring a consulting firm. Everything is French. If you've been to France that should tell you all you need to know.

It's a Financially sound company, because health matters. Opportunity to grow. Multicultural environment, professionals coming from across the world. Work life balance opportunity. The management philosophy is to Encourages professional growth. As a multinational company possibility to be mobile n move to other affiliates over time if there is an opportunity.

Cons

It's very hard to get a good salary over here. The aim of HR is to keep salary below median.

Pros

The benefits are great with this company. (Time off, 401k, insurance). The pipeline is decent. They also are truly a patient centered business, that makes a positive difference in patients lives. If my family needed these treatments, I would send them to get a Genzyme treatment in a heartbeat.

Cons

Pay. Salary is on the low end for this field. The bonuses are acceptable. The most raise you will ever get is 2%, and that's if you are the top 5%. That lack of growth for this company makes it a stepping stone. You will get enough experience to be a great asset for another company, making significantly more money. Also, lack of organization. Change is good, but it really feels like upper management makes unnecessary changes to validate their jobs.
