Horrible place to work Management is extremely lazy and unhelpful. Analyst are expected to do managements work. Company culture is extremely toxic and the company has a very Orwellian atmosphere. They put up a front of being keen on safety by being extremely strict on minor safety issues (e.g Using food tray in canteen), But anything that is serious quickly gets swept under the rug. Avoid this place at all costs. They don't values employees ( Contractors or in house staff). progression is slow as the focus is to get people testing with no interest in developing analysts knowledge or skills, Just simply follow the steps and dont get it wrong

Can’t think of any except for built in overtime

Cons

The most experienced workers feel much reluctant to teach/train new employees. A lot of nepotism. Opportunities (pay, training, promotions) are only given out to employees who have some sort of relationship with the manager/supervisor/ higher up people. Hostile work environment.

I’m bringing attention to a very disturbing experience I had when I was asked to apply to a position with Sanofi. Before I could submit my online application, I was forced to enter my DOB. This is in clear violation. I have no doubt that I was not called because of my age. There was something even worse: two questions ask potential employees what they’re sexual orientation is. What?! What is it any business of Sanofi to ask these questions?! What does it even matter? The application process was vile and intrusive.
