Depending on where you end up, the people you work with and your manager can make or break your experience. Decisions are slow. Processes are slow, which can cause a lot of frustration on your day to day work. A lot of smoke is blown from people. Some leaders really don't have a clue what they are doing. Opportunity for growth is limited, unless you can smooch and make your way up. Can be bureaucratic.

I worked here for 11 years, this place sucked the life out of me. Hard workers are over looked, seniority means nothing. Those who don’t work get promoted while those who work hard are left to pick up the slack of those who don’t. Management has no back bone. You don’t realize how severely underpaid you are while working here until you start looking elsewhere. Departments are understaffed and over worked. Billion dollar company using technology from the Stone Age. Say goodbye to your personal life, sanofi owns all of your time. Constantly being “volunTOLD” to work overtime. No communication, no consistency. Mandatory vaccines.. place sucks the life out of you. The more they make, the more they take. Benefits are slowly diminishing. No incentive to work hard. If you hate your home life and your family, I recommend you work here because you’ll never see them. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. This place will turn you into the most negative, unmotivated and MISERABLE human being out there.
