- Incompetent Management: they have no clue of what their team's doing. They have zero clue what's going on in the frontline of typical work day. One month they are happy with your work, the other month they're not. It's like being in a kindergarden. Just grow up, would you? - No processes: the whole thing is a mess. They wanted to be smarter by reinventing the wheel, It ended up as a huge failure. Just acknowledge that you are capable of doing nothing (other than talking for an hour without taking a signle breath). - Responsibilities of your role are not clearly definied. Not even the people you work with are sure who to contact regarding certain issues. - Delusional expectations from the Management: you work 3 employees job as an individual. - People have no clue about Service Transformation and ITIL. Not quite sure how the IT department of this company is still alive... - French accent is horrible: you can't understand your managers / peers, as they refuse to learn proper English. - Insane amount of daily calls: Half of your day is gonna gete consumed by meaningless conference calls.

Discrimination for employees that are not French nationality. Understood among the department promotions are based on personal relationships. Management turns a blind eye to bullying.
