Good work life balance. Left to your own devices

Cons

Bonus is very minimal compared. Head office are too busy having teams meetings about teams meetings to really care whats happening in stores. Seem very reluctant to promote from within once you get any higher than store manager. Would rather recruit externally & get a store manager to train new staff higher ranks than them. Communication is beyond awful & up higher.....the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

Congrats, you’re employed. That’s all

Cons

Expenses are not paid Staff documents including your bank details are regularly misplaced by management No support - no encouragement - no training provided. Not a single member of staff in the entire UK were aware of how the new ordering systems worked before they were implemented No internal progression whatsoever Minimal sick pay The bonus is a joke HR tried to make us work more hours for less pay.
