Pros

A stable and well‑established organization. Strong brand recognition and a solid presence in the industry. Meaningful opportunities for growth and development. Generous time‑off policies and good overall flexibility. Remote‑work options that support work–life balance.

Cons

A deeply problematic culture that consistently undermines trust, collaboration, and performance. A noticeable lack of transparency and integrity, with decisions that at times feel like “cooking the books” rather than honest leadership. Customer and employee engagement is treated as a façade—talked about constantly but rarely practiced in any meaningful or consistent way. Leadership operates with a short‑term, reactionary mindset that sacrifices long‑term stability and strategy. An overwhelming number of competing initiatives creates chaos, misalignment, and constant churn with little to no follow‑through. Leaders focus on managing upward to protect themselves rather than managing down and out to support teams, customers, and the actual work. A pervasive lack of accountability at every level—issues are ignored, responsibilities are deflected, and poor performance goes unchecked. Far too much fragmentation in tools, portals, systems, and distribution of work, causing inefficiency, confusion, and unnecessary administrative burden. Entrenched cliques damage fairness, transparency, and team cohesion, making it difficult for anyone outside the “inner circle” to succeed. Massive turnover of high talent high potential employees Consultant reorganization and planned changes don't seem aligned with long term goals but short term profit squeeze
