Worth to try out but don't expect good salaries

Flexible working model- depending on the project you can expect working between 10-14 and the rest as you wish. Good benefits - additional 8 days of time off added to 25 as your base. They are deducted from your benefit points You can learn a lot but do not expect a typical corporate work. Siemens operates like a startup so there's a lot to take in for better or for worse.
Cons
There's a lot of chaos involved. Your responsibilities change frequently which can be good but also induce stress if you're not fast enough. Salary is weak considering the amount of work and skills involved. The managers don't follow exactly what you're doing so you have to explain it to them on a weekly basis. The hierarchy is flat so there's not much room for promotion unless you change your specialization or become a manager.
