Pros

Great place to work. Team is fantastic, everyone gets along and there's a great atmosphere to work in. Salary is great and commission structure is very generous.

Cons

Can be very overwhelming at times but any sales job would be.

Uniform provided and dry cleaned, paid by the company.

Cons

If you dont work at an airport location you are going to have a harder time getting high commissions checks

High pressure sales Often left alone Not enough staff at branch Long hours No work / life balance Management are result focussed and unsupportive Some of the bonus structure is unfair
