Pros

I could work autonomously and the making an effort trying to find positive points, the job was quite dynamic and I learnt to find quick solutions and being multitask

Cons

I was left completely alone, small fleet and lot of bookings, no help nor infrastructure, washing cars under scorching sun, dealing with ungry customers. This company invest on marketing, workers are exploited.

Pros

high commission and no sales cap, great recognition for it's staff, the incentive system is very interactive and motivating.

Cons

Profit depends on locations and the demography of the region. Further, the company is recognized as a luxury car rental and in some locations, the rates can be very challenging to attract customers
