Pros

The money was good if you were able to sell. The coworkers made the job better too.

Cons

The management was not good. They started to micromanage, and expect too much from us. Management made the job very stressful when it didn't need to be.

Pros

Managers were not micromanaging, and trusted their agents to do the best for the company. Low basic salary but good comission. Good people.

Cons

No formal training. Difficult to advance because it's a small company limited to only Iceland.

Pros

The team - they push you to be better and they don't then you push them to be better. Operations - it's an easy set up but everyday is not the same. The pace changes from 1 day to another, from 1 hour to the next. Commission - You get what you make.

Cons

Everyday is not the same. Sometimes you get a quick day with lots of operations, sales and service but then you could have a bit of downtime. You work in a rota including the weekends but only until 1pm.
