Micromanagement on all levels All school management principles Constant stress and no trust culture Worked 120% and got 70% paid during corona Many people got fired during probation at corona time without option to go back to their countries or any help

Possible to be promoted if you have a god performance

Cons

They ask you to give your bets, after that, they take it "personaly" and if you're not part of "the SIXT Family" you're out. The use some mobing technichs to make you give up! They don't get you fired, you make it for your own!
