Colleagues are the only good thing about this job.

Cons

Lack of training, merging of the reservations and customer service departments was the worst thing to do. TWO jobs one salary.

I joined this position before the pandemic and during this time I received no information from my manager or any senior member of staff. We were not allowed work from home and my manager insisted we were surrounded and not adhere to the 1.5 meter distance. When complained about damage to my physical and mental health i was informed that I disappointed the manager. Was also an unhealthy spying culture in the company and not to mention a lack of training received. I was also not allowed to give feedback when i exited the company.
