Pay can be amazing while exceeding targets and great company vehicle benefits.

Cons

Upper leadership as they tend to be very political. No job security is a huge downside as I have seen them terminated for no valid reason.

everything is a con from branch manager down all they do is gossip and spread rumors

Pay is comparable to Faang companies.

Cons

Downsizing "senior engineering leaders" and "product leaders" in India team. If you join India team you will hardly get promoted to next level after senior Manager level. When I last left there were only 3 seniors having level of director or above from tech team and all the senior product leaders were actively looking out because they was a huge layoffs of product teams in the previous year. You can go through the linkedin job openings and I bet you'll not find a single senior level opening and this has been the trend in last 1.5 years. Note: Refrained myself from giving this review for more than a year but after speaking to multiple ex-collegues currently working in the company and the ones left the company in last 6 months I am compelled to write the most honest review
